- NO PARTIES. **There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
- NO SMOKING Inside the property or on the balcony. Evidence of Indoor Smoking Will Result in a $1000.00 Fine and Termination of the Reservation.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
**A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
**$100.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**
- MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS. Please contact me directly so I can send someone to tend to it.
- SHOES are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.

- There is a Smart TV which allows you to access your Netflix account, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Crave, Spotify and much more to stream all your favorite shows, movies and music.
LAUNDRY
- Please use conservatively. No large, bulky, or hard objects.
- Only a quarter of liquid detergent per full-sized load is necessary.
**IMPORTANT: Please leave washing machine door and slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding.**

The additional pet fees go directly to the Cleaners as they must use additional time and resources to ensure the property is in A1 condition for the next Guests.
If Any Of The Listing Rules And Above Additional Rules Are Abused, You Will Be Subject To Additional Charges And Your Reservation May Be Terminated. You Will Be Asked To Vacate Immediately Without Refund.
