Additionally, please note that smoking inside the property, on the patio or in the courtyard of this complex is strictly prohibited and enforced by the condo management. Please be advised that any breach of this rule may result in fines from the condominium board up to $1000 which will be passed along to the Guest in addition to any costs incurred for remediating smoke odour and damage to property contents. - NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes. **A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.** - CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. **$100.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.** - MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS.
